I had WB Sanders perform a 4 point inspection per my insurance companies request and while looking at my electrical box the inspector stated that other than some rust everything look acceptable. When the inspection report was finalized I failed for a improperly grounded 12v door bell transformer. I need a licensed electrician to place the ground using a wire nut and sign off that the repair is completed in order to satisfy my insurance company.
