Spoke with Dawn. The attitude I got was like no other "customer service" I've ever gotten. I've made plenty of orders with this company in the past and have never had anyone who was so naturally rude. She said she couldn't look us up by address. Then later asked for the address and found my account. How that makes sense, I don't know. She was nice after asking for the address but it was clearly only because she knew she was wrong. Speeding worker. Very dangerous
Tried to look up price for desk calendars this year. Website kept saying item not found. Tried numerous times to access & nothing. Just checked on my phone & item from last year more than twice as much. Going with another vendor.
I went looking for a printer cartridge but all I found were a bunch of dudes sitting g at desks. Evidently I stumbled onto the office supply office. One star.
