WB mason has been a pleasure to work with. Mia DiSeglio came into our office and introduced herself and has been so responsive and easy to work with. She is very communicative and professional. I appreciate how easy they are to reach .
I really don't know how people can write a good report about customer services. I ordered 14 water jugs. They delivered them on the day we were closed and left me with the 14 full jugs and 14 empty jugs. I am here with 28 jugs in an office where there is no more place for the customers to sit. It has been a week now. I called them three times. They kept transferring me from one person to another to tell me that they couldn't guarantee that these jugs will be picked up today and I am less than half a mile away from them. This... read more

Go to a smaller family owned business even if you have to pay a little more and be happy!
