I really don't know how people can write a good report about customer services. I ordered 14 water jugs. They delivered them on the day we were closed and left me with the 14 full jugs and 14 empty jugs. I am here with 28 jugs in an office where there is no more place for the customers to sit. It has been a week now. I called them three times. Go to a smaller family owned business even if you have to pay a little more and be happy!
If I could give zero stars I would. Our company has worked with them for over 5+ years. We paid for two desk installations beginning of September 2019, it is now 11/27/19 and still only one desk. The installation crew told us on Day 1 that everything was wrong. What we were promised and paid for cannot happen and no refunds given but more quotes to make our vision work.
