Supper Club History Situated at the corner of 15th and Wazee Streets surrounded by brick and stone reminders of Denver's colorful past; the Wazee Supper Club has long been an inevitable destination for social gatherers. Founding fathers Angelo and Jim Karagas ventured forth from their native Detroit and in 1969 opened their first Denver enterprise, My Brother's Bar. The next acquisition in 1974 was a 1910 structure originally housing a plumbing supply house that became the current Wazee. Since then, the Wazee Supper Club, wi... read more

Awesome pizza I love the Wazee Supper Club! It's been around for eons and it's always good. The pizzas are exceptional and it's in a funky part of lower downtown, kind of hidden, but it's a great place that's just fun to go to.
Original Pizza taste, delicious! The pizza was delicious. A friend took me to this "favorite pizza place" of his for a celebration and I will most certainly return! The atmosphere is fun...old school type. It's family friendly, but also a great place for friends to meet for a drink! And have I mentioned the PIZZA??? It's a crispy crust, not too thick, not flaky thin and the sauce is perfect. The server and all of the staff were very friendly and overly accommodating. The Wazee is a 'must not miss' if you're in Denver.
Good Hang Out The Wazee Super Cub Boasting "the best pizza in the civilized world," and other great items like appetizers, salads, sandwiches, strombolis and burgers. One of the few places in town that serves food until 1:00am, so drop in and hang out!
Wazee Supper Club The Wazee is one of the oldest staples and watering holes in LoDo.People come from all over to stop at Wazee. They are known by the brewing community for their unique 15-20 beers on tap as well as their excellent pizzas and burgers. My husband and I love their burgers and he is part of the brewing community so he approves their beers. The ambiance is not what one goes there for ... it is a 40 year old staple of the community and very homey with good service and excellence in food and beer.
A Denver Classic: Great Casual Dining – This place is near and dear to my heart with great pizza, great beers, a staff that does a good job hovering, and food that doesn't break the bank. So many good nights out in LoDo start here for me- especially before my friends and I go out to concerts at the Pepsi center (or games). The local parking situation isn't the best, but you can usually find street parking- unless it is a game day. The biggest drawback: I wouldn't recommend WSC for a business lunch unless you are the customer... read more
Even the Pizza quality has declined. – I used to love this pizza joint. Wazee pizza was the best in the world and that was when the viaduct was still there. I have the poster framed on my office wall of the Wazee from the old days. My Bros bar was great for its JCBs, and still is, but Wazee has gone down hill in the quality of its food for sometime. I taught at UCD and MSCD, and always had a semester-ending bash at the Supper Club, so I know it when it was in its hey day. Unless you knew your server, it never had good servic... read more
Regulars know – Staff and decor make this a welcoming place. The food makes one return again and again.
Wazee = BAD SERVICE – I'm not sure what happened to the Wazee Supper Club lately, but the staff has really gone down hill. Eating here was a chore. It was as if me and my family had to coach and babysit our waiter through his job so we could make sure to get our food. I don't usually notice bad service, but man! The moment I walked through the door I felt invisible.
Worst Service I Have Ever Had – I ate at the Wazee Supper Club tonight and it was a terrible mistake. I don't know why, but the service was unbelievably terrible. First of all, the hostess left my family and I immediately once we walked through the door to go bus a table (that a bus boy was already cleaning). She left us there for about five minutes waiting with a line piling up behind us. During that wait, we were considering leaving (we should have). Then we were finally seated at a table, by the way it was not the table t... read more
