I have been here over a year and it is a nice building. Quiet and very convenient to shopping and food. Pablo keeping up with maintenance of building. Jolanta is really very helpful to all us tenants. Does a nice job making the lobby area feel welcome and cared for. She really does care about the building and tenants. Frank is here 5 days and keeps busy taking care of building along with a regular cleaning lady.

I have been here 6 months and it is a nice building. Quiet and very convenient to shopping and food. Pablo just had exterior work and painting done on the building and it looks really nice. Nice retirement apartments. Clean and quiet. But no porches or balconies on any units. Would be nice since the place is tucked into a wooded area. Have to live your life indoors.
