I have been here over 2 years and it is a nice building. Quiet, safe and very convenient to shopping and food. ARC tenants in building, but not a problem. Workers could be batter managed. Pablo does try to keep up with maintenance of building. Jolanta is really very helpful to all us tenants. Does a nice job making the lobby area feel welcome and cared for. She really does care about the building and tenants. Jay very knowledgeable and does good job trying to keep up with everything. Nice building overall. Plus, they let me ... read more

Quiet.. mostly.. ARC has group apartments in building. The clientele are quiet and nice but it’s a staff that is noisy and has a disregard for the property. Also management we often do not have maintenance here and they tell us that we are the have to wait or they don’t have a maintenance man and issues that occur in the apartment are not taken care of within a timely manner for example, there were many residents this past summer that went without air-conditioning.
