The home is great, but RTH doesn’t like to fix their mistakes. Going through the process, the woman who was helping us was getting ready for retirement and was not great at communicating anything. We would ask for updates and not hear back for a week or two after requesting them. When the time came to sell our house, she had waited until after rates began to climb and told us we could have listed our house a month ago. Having owned several new homes where we have had several levels of sub=par communication from the various builders, but this has not been an issue with RTH. My Robert Thomas home after 5 years has shingles falling off. Of course they won’t stand behind it. Buyer beware of their warranty.
