Tried calling about a rental and the numbers listed are no longer in service
In August 2024, I paid $402.50 for rent and WiFi at 501 S Hester Street, waiting almost three weeks for the lease to be signed. Frustrated, I moved to graduate housing, paying $75 for utilities and a $375 security deposit to the previous tenant, who promised a refund if I didn’t sign the lease. Kerry is super nice and friendly, responds quickly, and gets issues resolved immediately. My AC stopped working early in the summer, and she had someone fix it right away. Great value.
