In August 2024, I paid $402.50 for rent and WiFi at 501 S Hester Street, waiting almost three weeks for the lease to be signed. Kerry is super nice and friendly, responds quickly, and gets issues resolved immediately. My AC stopped working early in the summer, and she had someone fix it right away. Great value.

I have been renting an apartment from Kerry with Waypointe Investments for just over a year now and going on year 2 and I have never had a better landlord. She is so kind, caring and very attentive. She immediately takes care of any issues as soon as she can. The property is well maintained and cared for. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kerry and Waypointe Investments!
