This group managed the complex where I livedand ir went downhill to dirt in 2 years then they were out.

Horrible company! They sued us for non payment and I’m thankful we had proof. It was embarrassing to be served and the stress of everything that came after. We counter sued for the time we had to take off from work but the judge denied it. It was dropped while we were in court. There were other defendants there for waypoint on the same issue. We didn’t have issues after that but that was enough.
