Hard to locate restaurant at the end of a housing block. The food is average. The beer selection is good. The atmosphere and decor is disjointed.

I like the view and the food however the waiter was very clueless. It was like we were bothering him because we were there. I asked 3 people for a refill of my water which I was out. It took about 15 minutes to finally get my water .
