Booked an appointment with Esther to get home insurance on our new house.. She was very knowledgeable and gave us quotes from a couple of companies. It was wonderful dealing with her in person rather than getting a quote online. She was terrific to deal with. I would highly recommend her.

I visited Waypoint Insurance hoping to get coverage for my boat, but unfortunately, no marine insurance specialist was available at the time. Someone did reach out to me later, which I appreciated, but I was hoping for a more steady and consistent presence for marine insurance needs. Would be great to see that improve in the future.
