I have honestly never experienced such poor property management and maintenance in my entire life. We are not living here for free. We pay a very expensive rent every single month, on time, and we absolutely do not expect to receive such poor service in return. The management and maintenance service here are absolutely terrible. Not worth it for the price. Managers make sure to remind you of rent coming due, but won’t do their due diligence to make sure maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Can’t recommend to anyone as of now.
the maintenance has improved recently had the upstairs neighbor be a drunk cluts and broke his tank to the toilet flooded his place and mine. The maintenance man had so much patience and responded quickly and got me back right in no time. Big appreciation to him. Think his name was Eric he wears a durag he was my hero that night and morning.

Compass was a great place to live until new management came and ruined the good experience you will be waiting weeks for a maintenance request and is asked to give them grace but when but when you ask for grace you are told it’s a personal problem and the front office is no help what so ever all they know how to do is add unnecessary fees and make things inconvenient for you and not answer the phone even though they are in there rent is extremely high to deal with the headache don’t trap your self I’m so happy this is my las... read more
