Nice setting, but ridiculously high prices! Friendly staff though! Now if they could just find better entertainment than the brue crew!!
I took my boss there for lunch the other day and he owns a very big banquet venue in the area. I have to say he was very impressed!! The food and atmosphere were outstanding and the crab cakes were delicious!! Hats off to Chef Danny Palsi for a superb lunch! I can't wait for Mother's Day to bring my family there!!
My wife and I enjoyed the Restaurant Week menu for $30 plus the wine pairing for an additional $18. Service was very attentive and the owner/manager stopped by our table to check in on us, which was a nice touch. Great views of the Manasquan River. I do miss the old UL but I think Waypoint has done great job with the inside restaurant. Will definitely be back.
The restaurant is on the water in Brielle n.j. The is excellent the service great.

Was there on Friday for happy hour..ordered an $8 ginand tonic and tasted weak, went back to bar and ordered another shot for my drink at $4. Was even weaker. Husband approached the young bartender and alas- there was WATER in the gin bottle! Bartender came back out with a Tangueray bottle and made me a drink, gave me back the $4 for the second shot of water. Manager never showed his face.
