Given my poor judgement at a younger age I put myself into a poor position on how to purchase a vehicle a home or apply for personal loans. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of effort into helping me obtain a brand new vehicle. I have never bought a car anywhere but xxxxx, and I never will again. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The car was exactly what I wanted but it was over priced. The sales manager lectured me on tint because I wanted it, then I found out it had after market tint that was illegal in the back window and their inspection department had passed it with the tint in it by putting not applicable on that line like there was no tint in it. Valerie Evans at Waynesville Chevrolet Buick is Delightful! My wife and I were at the dealership recently looking at SVUs. Valerie Evans was the salesperson who greeted us. She is very friendly and didn't get "pushy" at all. I really liked her way of dealing with customers. :-) Definitely NOT the typical obnoxious salesperson. She was VERY helpful. Everyone there made buying a new vehicle very simple! I think this is the best selection of Jeeps in area and the staff worked with us to find what we needed at the price we were looking for. The whole staff went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their friendliness and professionalism made it a great experience. We would certainly deal with the staff at Waynesville again and recommend them to everyone we know.
