On July 17th at 1:00 PM, I arrived at your service department with a 26 passenger Church bus having electrical issues. When I walked in the door, I met the lady at the service desk. I believe her name was Carol. She was professional and very kind. Although I did not have an appointment and was 280 miles away from home, Carol made me feel as if She had known me forever.
