The head of refuse is very rude and unhelpful with getting my trash that was missed picked up he definitely had an attitude over very normal questions.
Horrible !! The workers on the Shenandoah Ave route is absolutely horrible!! Disrespectful yelling at my neighbors because they got off work late and wasnt able to get their trash cans out mind you they are literally two houses down and had to turn around because its a dead end !! Then stated to one of the Individuals can you read ? Literally just piss poor workers !! If this is the rep. You guys endorse then the city of Waynesboro is sad !!
I have to say, for the last two snowstorms, I have to give the Public Works a 10. In my opinion , they did a great job.
Perfect example of what happens when you pay your working employees 11 cents and piece of pocket lint. Our "Trash Guy" has to drive and get out to pick up the trash all by himself and I'm sure his paycheck is the Webster's definition of depressing. But hey, at least they had money to put in bike lanes so the 3 bicyclists in Waynesboro could still ride in the middle of the road going the wrong way. They leave trash on the ground, and they also pull stuff from the trash can and leave them on the ground. Management, there does not care!!!
