I had Wayne do service work on a rental unit, He was prompt, professional and very well priced. 3 years ago I referred Wayne's Western to a friend who was replacing a unit and my friend saved hundreds of dollars over the other quotes he had and was given a higher quality unit as well. Very good company, I highly recommend them to anyone.

My home was built in 1983 and still had the original AC/Heat pump unit on the roof. Wayne was always very patient and babied that unit along for the 17 years that I have been in my house. He never tried to do the "upsell" and always responded to my calls for help. I had him install a new unit because I knew I didn't want the old one to crash in the heat of the summer.
