Freeman was wonderful, and he went above and beyond. I used my AAA membership and Wayne's Towing is who came out and assisted. Freeman was great, I thought I'd have to get the spare put on, and then go buy a new tire. Within a minute of assessing the damage Freeman stated he could fix the tire right then and there! He was fast, courteous, and professional...I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Thank you!
Enjoyed their service today. I believe the young man who changed our battery was named Michael. He could not have been more professional or pleasant. My husband is 87 years old and was really feeling the heat. Michael was so considerate. He told us to go inside and when he was finished he'd bring us the invoice. Thank you, Wayne's Towing, for employing such terrific service men.
My car battery died as I was leaving work. Keith arrived before the promised time, replacex my battery and cables for a reasonable cost. I appreciate the promptness and courtesy of the AAA service Wayne's provides.
We needed our car towed this morning due to two flat tires. Doug showed up and told me that he was going to give me 150% customer service. He absolutely provided 150% customer service. He was pleasant, Competent. And efficient. He is a great asset to Wayne’s towing. I would highly recommend this business for any towing needs. We went through AAA and we’re fortunate enough to get them.
So I forgot to get gas yesterday and this morning and tonight...until I ran out of gas on Oleander and had to call AAA the first time. Cory was there within 30 mins of me calling AAA to get me an emergency tank of gas and to make sure my car was running before he let me go. I made it to the gas station right down the road only to find out my battery wouldn’t start again. Pretty bummed when my truck needed a tow but their service was very quick and painless. The driver Cory was polite and helpful.
AAA has sent Wayne's to us several times. Quick response, respect and helpfulness is beyond excellent. Would be nice to receive this kind of service in other areas of business.
This place is great! I was in a wreck off of 421 and the guys were super quick to the scene. Not only that but they gave me a lift home. I also want to thank them for their awesome customer service. They made sure my car was good to go to a great shop here in town (Parkers) as well as made sure that I was not going to get taken advantage of by some big corporate insurance company. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me and helping me through my first accident. You def took a lot of the stress off of my shoulders.
