Just curious why your tow trucks have amber, red and blue lights on them? Amber lights are reserved by NCGS 20-130.2 for towing/wreckers, Red for Fire and EMS and Blue for Police. It’s ridiculous that you all abuse the statutes and confuse the public by doing so.

Phil Jewett, first of all we do not have blue on our light bars, and the only red we have faces the rear. We had an operator killed in the line of duty by a drunk driver. We do all we are allowed to do to keep our drivers safe while working emergency roadside services. We we would have blue if allowed like some other states are allowing. Thank you for you interest. RecommendedDoug was extremely prompt, assessed the problem and had it fixed within minutes. Afterward he checked the engine for any damage. I was totally satisfied with he help. He’s a 10!

Thank you AAA for sending Wayne's Towing out. They are the best! I have had them help me 3 different times this year and they were polite, efficient, and even have cold water for you in the summertime. I got a flat tonight and they were here, fixed the tire, and it was done by the time my potato skins were ready to come out of the oven (16 minutes)!.
My rental truck had a flat tire and no spare so AAA called Wayne’s towing. I was given a 60 minute ETA from AAA but Wayne’s called me immediately after I hung up with AAA and told me a more specific time. Their driver, Patrick, was there at the exact time they gave me. First thing he did was ask if I was ok and then opened the door to his truck for me to get in and stay warm while he loaded up my vehicle. Aweeeeeeesome!!!!!! I love Wayne‘S and all the services they offer. Been a customer over 30 years.
They are AWFUL. They keep me waiting for 3 hours, and they wanted me to wait more time. They are so incredible irresponsible, that one of the times I called to ask what was happening, the lady on the phone told me: “don’t worry, he was in the bathroom, but NOW he’s going to help you!”... had a REALLY a BAD experience with this company.
Freeman showed up before the scheduled time and changed my battery quickly. Very happy with the service.
