A special thanks to Mrs Pat (I think was her name), Mrs. Lori and whomever was filling my prescription (I never got to see her) for helping me out so much. I had a prescription that needed to be filled that was a "newer drug" and my regular pharmacy couldn't fill it. Wayne Pharmacy could! Super fast! They also showed me how to get a rebate and got my prescription FREE! These women were so kind and went above and beyond to help me! Thank you! �
Never had better service, they go out of their way to help you and are supper fast! You may come in feeling bad but leave with a smile on your face!
They go above and beyond for their patients! Everyone there is so kind and will find a way to resolve any problems you may have. They provide customer service that the big chain pharmacies won't do. I use to wait 24 hours for my son's compound script, thinking that's just how it is, and I was surprised when I switched to Wayne pharmacy and they told me his compound meds would be ready in less than 30 minutes! Tina always smiles and the older lady dark hair that weres her hair on top and been their forever is great too. Older short hair blood been their awhile too never smiles and acts mad all the time. The rest are all good.
Love Wayne Pharmacy! Have been using for several years now. I haven't used the delivery service, but I'm glad it's there if I need it.
They are great have everything you need and have experienced help working for them
Great place friendly surrounding also a place to sit if it take a while I used them for the group homes I had and Mr.Ken as I called h was great his daughter was also she came into the home and taught staff how to give meds the side affects the importance of when and how to give. Mr. Wiggins was awesome. Helped my Dad with equipment usage and meds very quickly. The entire staff at Wayne Pharmacy are great!! My sincere condolences to his family, friends and employees.
