I went in today for compression socks, a shower chair with a back, and shower rails for myself. The ladies in there were not helpful at all. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have to help me. They refused to call my doctor to get information needed to clarify the prescription details. Then instead of even trying to call my insurance to check to see what is covered (mine covers everything) the lady helping me just straight up told me it wouldn’t be covered without even checking.
