Buyer beware! We had Wayne’s termite bond for 10 years. In December of 2023, when Wayne’s did not bother to inspect the inside of our home (per the contract), but instead sent a notice there would be another increase in our rate, we immediately cancelled our service, but Waynes has been unwilling to prorate our bill and has continued to send a bill. Well, again no bill, either by email or paper bill. I was supposed to get a bill by email on the 26 of December. I was contacted last month after I posted my review and was told they had fixed the problem, but obviously they have not. I find it quite comical that their billing office can’t seem to do something as simple as send out their bills. This has been going on for months and months. I have chosen a 2 because of their billing department. I have no problem with the actual yard work. I just can’t seem to get my bill from them in a timely manner. This has been going on for quite a long time. I was told my bill would be online on the 26 of each month as well as by mail. Again, I have received nothing from them. When this happens, they realize the next month that I have not paid and I will receive a bill for 2 months with a past notice displayed. My wife and I would like to thank Mr. Tommy Boyd (Waynes, Huntsville, AL) for his courteous and professional service. Tommy answered all our questions and most of all we are saving money by using Waynes for our pest, termite and yard maintenance.
