Many times they have helped me straight away and with excellent outcomes. This time i was up the road and the battery light was on and my car was over heating and the air conditioning wasnt working. I rang waynes world mechanics spoke to Craig and had a talk he said it sounds like I've lost a belt to come straight in. They fixed it within a half and hour.
