They are very expensive and rip of the elderly I had a timing belt put on 3 years ago and only 15,000 km and and now I have to get it replaced it should last 100,000 km bad workmanship and they didn't even offer to look at it , I called them and they said we are not interested

Im an Ex mechanic and wife convinced me to take XD V8 radiator too this Guy to save me some time. With a leak at bottom of radiator side tanks. Without looking where the problem was he quoted $150. Upon picking it up he charged me $130 for CASH and told me he pressure tested it so all good. I fitted it back in XD clevo over Xmas filled with it with water. I was shocked at the roadworthy check I had recently on a car that I was selling. Said my car (at 140000ks was unroadworthy. I believe he is using the system to make money from unsuspecting people. Lies and deceit followed..quoted 2300 dollars to fix. Saying things like the part needed was the only one in Aus.was suspicious, I got another check done elsewhere. and passed with no work needed. Beware!! scamming occurs anywhere.. Needs reporting.
