5 stars! Otto and Kristen are both very professional. My fiance and i are first time renters as a team and would have prefered a 1 bedroom. All they had available was a studio. We took it and so glad we did. It's so cozy and adorable...not to mention affordable. It also, surprisingly to us, has tons of storage space...which we needed! The neighbors all seem to be friendly and we feel very safe here. My experience at Waynedale Village has been excellent so far. Otto from Bohouse worked with me to get into an apartment in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. Also, the fact that there are no breed restrictions on dogs means a lot to me. I would recommend living here to anyone!
I love it. Moved here from across the country and thought for sure I was getting "what I pay for" when I would arrive. Boy was I wrong! I have a studio and it is super cute. The grounds are pristine, the neighbors are quiet and clean up after pets, management seems to always be available, every need is close by (grocery, pharmacy, post office, etc) and the neighborhood is quiet. I pay very little in rent and feel as I am getting so much. I plan to make this my forever home.
The new management has really been great for this place! The area is pretty peaceful and you definitely get the best bang for your buck for your apartment!
The studio I moved into is really cute and cozy! The few very minor issues I have had they have been fast to solve. No complaints! Excited to see more improvements.
