Wayne is an amazing realtor! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and he’s not pushy whatsoever, which are two of the prime qualifies I look for in a realtor. He is very easy to work with, always responsive, and he provides such great service, he really becomes a part of your extended family. And, he keeps the deal on the rails at all times, which sometimes takes a magician on the bigger, more complex deals. We are so grateful for Wayne and would recommend him to anyone for a transaction on the 30A or Destin!
