I was having post-surgery issues with my knee and went for a follow-up with Dr. Mortensen. He was very rude that day and told me "to stretch more". His PA apologized for his behavior once he left. I'm still having trouble walking on that knee 2 years later. He also forgot what knee he was operating on during my consultation. His assistant had to clarify once he left the room.
