Excellent service and friendly staff service has steadily declined . Took my car in for electrical repairs. Couldn’t diagnose the problem. The code reader couldn’t read my ecu and the mechanic had no idea what else to do. 2 1/2!hours for nothing. I will not return
I recently purchased a used truck from Nick Ashworth at Wayne Toyota. Nick was upfront, honest and affable throughout the entire process. Nick never tried to push me into a new vehicle or sell me something I didn't ask for. I had a great experience from the first time I stepped into the dealership, throughout the purchase process, and afterwards with some follow up questions I had about the truck. Horrible service, incompetence workers, and just plain rude in the service department, constant belittling. Never contacting people back waiting weeks for call back
Awful service, wouldn't service vehicle they leased with full coverage and instead keep giving a runaround and hoops to jump through
Terrible customer service, if you're leasing with full coverage apparently that doesn't mean they'll actually make sure everything gets fixed for your vehicle. Very dissapointed in them, ac broken in this heat of summer should not be brushed off.
