Excellent customer service
I had an apppointment for Thursday at 1 pm. When | arrived I was told that my car would not go in until 3.30 pm and would be ready around 5.30. I told them this was unacceptable because I needed the car at 5.00 pm. Another appointment was booked with great difficulty for the following Thursday at 8 am. When I got home, I called and requsted to speak to the Service Manager but as usual, only got a recording that someone would call me back. Nobody did.
