Horrible service. Asked about my electronic parking brake error showed the picture of the error and it says epb stopped incompletely yet the staff had no idea what the error meant after I explicitly stated it was my electronic parking brake. This confusion on their end has happened on multiple visits and I am not sure why I know more than the bay staff? I recently purchased a new vehicle from Wayne Toyota. After getting quotes from two different Toyota dealers in Winnipeg, I went to Wayne’s to see if they would price-match. Much to my surprise, Wayne’s beat both Winnipeg prices by a substantial amount! Needless to say, I purchased from Wayne’s! The salesman that served me, Todd Roberts, was excellent! Booked a shuttle and asked to be picked up. No ETA of how long the shuttle was going to be was provided. I waited over an hour and called Toyota back multiple times. Wayne Toyota could not tell me where their shuttle was or how long it would take. They only have one shuttle, do not rely on this service!

No jkjk a regular service ( oil change included) two weeks in advance appointment ( ikr) but they r very professional. Very unhappy with my experience today. I made an appointment for this morning at 11am to replace a broken taillight. I drove nearly 3 hours into Thunder Bay waited 40 min in the waiting area only to be told they did not have my part that was ordered 2-3 weeks ago during my first appointment. When scheduling the appt I made it clear I did not live in Thunder bay. I had taken an unpaid day off of work for this repair now I am not only out a days pay and the cost of fuel easily $100 I'll now have to take a second unpaid day off... read more
