I had a partial knee replacement and was extremely impressed with Dr. North and his entire team. The pre-op nurses, Dr. Awad (the anesthesiologist), the surgical nurses, and the recovery nurses were incredible. I was informed what to expect every step of the way and felt comfortable going into surgery. I did not have any issues or pain from day one and I know I owe it to the extraordinary care and attention that I received.
I knew Dr. North's 5 star reputation as an orthopedic surgeon when I consulted him and since I'm in good health, I did not expect any difficulties when he recommended hip surgery. Neither did Dr. North, but when I developed a life-threatening allergic response to the anaesthetic during surgery, he had prepared for it. If he hadn't, I doubt I would be here to say how grateful I am to have survived. Mega-thank you, Dr. North. I will always be grateful.
Dr. North had done his research re. my medical history and had already looked at my X-rays before coming in to meet me, which meant we could focus on what the procedure would look like and why. He listened carefully to my questions and comments, giving me understandable answers and suggestions. I'm very very comfortable with having him perform surgery.
I had a total knee replacement and Dr. North was very open to discussion on my treatment options and allowed me as much time as I needed with him. The entire team I encountered from his office to the surgery center to the home care was very impressive and well organized.
Dr. North and his staff were extremely professional and helpful. I felt very good about my diagnosis and treatment plan. All my questions and concerns were answered. I look forward to dr. North performing surgery on my hip.
Dr. North patiently addressed all my questions and concerns in his office, saw me in the hospital both before and after the surgery. It is now one week post-surgery and I am quite satisfied with the result.
Dr. North was very knowledgeable, presented options in clear and understandable way. He was professional, respectful, and very easy to speak with. His excellent bedside manner was an added bonus to his extensive surgical experience and first-rate skill set.
Dr. North Explained EVERYTHING in Excellent terms that I could understand. He made me feel at ease and I liked that he asked if I had any questions or concerns.
I would recommend Dr. North. Had knee replaced 1 month ago and all is proceeding well. The only downside was the medication after surgery. Plan on discussing same with the Dr. at my after surgery appointment in April.
