Dr. North, while confident and has great 'bedside' manner, he doesn't tell the truth when asked specific questions regarding total hip replacements. Example: Question to Dr North, is recovery from a posterior approach THR same or more difficult than anterior approach. He stated, it is the same at the six week mark. I can attest this is a lie. This was my first encounter with this provider. Found him to be highly knowledgeable and empathetic. Offered clear explanation and offered advice for handling my concerns going forward.
Dr. North previously did a total knee replacement. Now I'm getting the other knee done. I was very happy with the first surgery.
