I love the residents, but the lpn and nurse assistants they need an alternative attitude seriously.
I give these professionals staff's a 100% I'm satisfied they went above and beyond for me. See people we have to remember something you never go into a place mad. You have to remember it's not they fault we had to come in . So try an be polite treat people the way you want to be treated. Doctor office clean ,lobby clean nurse's are nice. Just remember we all are human so if you had a problem are you sure you wasn't already feeling bad before you came in here because my experience was Great ! Very very bad clinic it was hard to get a appointment and when i did get one for oct 22 at 10:00 i got there at 9:30 then was told my appointment was changed to 11:00 no one told me this so i waited and 12:00 noon i am still waiting and the staff said they didn't know that i was there and no one can see me no doctor was there i will never ever go back
Absolutely terrible office!! Ive been trying to get the doctor to send my sleep study referral to Blue Care Network for the last 2 months and they still havent sent it over!!! Totally unaceptable!! Will NEVER go there again!!!
Great facility, however the parking lot attendant could use some improvement. Drove into the lot with my handicapped daughter on OXYGEN. Was denied a handicapped parking spot EVEN WITH A HANDICAP PERMIT, told to park along the fence at the back of the lot. Upon walking past the attendant their were 4 spots to park & A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING. And just as we went threw the gate, a car was allowed to park in the handicapped spot. What's up with that?
