My experience at this facility was extremely disappointing, which is particularly concerning given that it is a teaching hospital. It is unfortunate that the next generation of physicians may be learning from attending doctors who demonstrate a lack of competence and thoroughness. This has to be one of the rudest staff not to mention racist. I had an appointment and yet they took many people that should up after me. They’re excuse we are backed up….. then why take people that showed up after me that filled out the same paper work.. so a new patient also. Very rude ladies at the front desk. I checked in acouple of times and every time was a different excuse. They did the same thing to the older hispanic couple and a middle eastern man there before me. My only issue is that I didn't come here sooner. Great place with understanding and great doctors. My doctor is Dr. Rube, who is the single best doctor I have ever come across. If you think you have neurological problems, definitely come here for help.
