I hired Wayne Thoms in June to add on a room to my home. I searched online and "Wayne's Works" had a good local reputation. After consulting with me at my home, Mr. Thoms informed me that he would need half of the cost of the renovation up front. Something about that didn't set well with me, but my husband convinced me that this was standard practice. I have called Mr. Thoms repeatedly to BEGIN the job he had agreed to, with no response.
