Tried and true Texas BBQ. The brisket is nothing less than perfect meat candy.
Got the Wayne’s special. 0.5 of brisket and it was cooked perfectly. Sauces are great and food was fantastic.
I have been at most of the top ten in Texas Monthly mags list. This is as close as it gets in Denver. ( sorry GQue). For an electric smoker not bad. Might have to bring your own Shiner. Brisket melts and jiggles. I have to go back for sausage.

They get 5 stars because the meat is just that damn good. I’ve been addicted to the wet brisket and the ribs. They are seriously sent from the heavens. The sides are kinds ehh, but really. Why waste space on them anyway? Just eat another rib or slice of that brisket! 😍
