There is no way I can put in to words how great Dr. Richey and his staff are. The people in the front office are always friendly and courteous and always have a smile on their face. Becky (Dr Richey's nurse) is (A number one) the best nurse I have ever dealt with in my 71 years of living. I have been dealing with Diabetes for over 48 years so I have dealt with a lot of nurses. Excellent initial visit with Dr. Richey. He was thorough, his questions focused on current issues, he was knowledgeable and made my visit very relaxed and comfortable. Perhaps most importantly, he listened. I had a fairly new procedure last year, a LINX implant, and Dr. Richey's interest impressed me. My surgeon seems to be the only truly knowledgeable physician relating to the esophageal implant and I believe Dr. Richey will become well informed as we progress.

My visit with Dr. Wayne Richey on the 23rd of May was absolutely satisfying. I came home and everyone I talked to that day, I brought up the good news of what a good and thorough report I had just had. I don't know who was happier, my son or me. Dr. Richey listened to all my complaints and aches and pains and never seemed in a hurry. He went into detail to explain to me what tests he was performing and why. I was impressed with him and would like everybody to have as pleasant a doctor's vis

Dr Richey has always taken adequate time for my apppointments. He actually listens to your complaints and ideas. He does not resent my input and attempt to help with my treatment plan. He understands that the patient to doctor communication is often the key to successful treatment. Thumbs up from me! I may sound over enthusiastic but he is a huge improvement compared to my 60 years of Dr visits.
