I am 70 years old and have been to a lot of doctors in my years. I have found Dr.Ritchie to be the most caring, patient and really takes the time to understand his patients needs. I moved here 5 years ago and he is the best doctor for all your patients needs. I love Dr Ritchie and Jessica his nurse and you couldn’t find a better doctor. Always on time for his patients no long waits. Excellent practice

I see Dr Richey twice a year as he is overseer of my general health. I have been seeing him for 17 years, and though I moved 50 miles away, I still return to him. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in his practice. Most of all, he is trustworthy. I commute to Chattanooga, so using Dr. Richey as my PCP is driving in the "wrong" direction for me nowadays, but his care is so outstanding that I have returned to him after failing to find a satisfactory PCP in Chattanooga. Very glad to be back and will not be straying again! He takes the time to listen and answer questions and I feel his assessments are more accurate than other PCP's I've been to. I have a recent visit with Redmond Family Care, With Physician, Dr. Richy. I want to say, that the Ladies up front in the office and Dr. Richy's Nurse, are so welcoming, and friendly, They all make you feel at ease, as we all know, Dr. Visits make everyone a little nervous, I recommend this Team of Dr. Staff, and Nurses, to anyone, Serious about the Healthcare of themselves, Family and friends, Great group of people.
Dr. Richey is friendly, a good listener, answers all my questions, and is very thorough in all his assessments. His recommendations are invaluable to keeping my general health in the "good" range. I look forward to my appointments with this healthcare provider.
