The nurses doctors and medical staff is amazing but the ladies at the front desk are VERY RUDE they like to get smart with you for no reason they really need to talk to them about there attitudes you could really lose patients for that because who wants to be greeted that way
The welcome experience is awful. 4 women sitting in front of a dual screens and everyone ignoring you. When being registered you are staring at the back of the monitors and rudely talked to. When asked for payment types they have posting showing the payment types and then they said they didnt use one that was labeled at all of the stations. The customer service is non existent. What a great place for children and families.
People in the office are very rude . We had been going to the doctor for a year and didn’t even remember my child was autistic , the entire reason for us coming to check on his development .
