RecommendedWater pump went out in my dakota yesterday morning. Had it towed to Parker’s electric, and had my truck back n running before dinner!! Awesome crew with great service and prices! Was a lil bummed when my truck broke as I work for myself and the civic doesn’t do much good carrying tools and ladders around lol. They definitely put me at ease with such a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend and return myself if ever needed
This company came highly recommended by many individuals including my insurance company. I was majorly let down when I received an email from my adjuster to call Russ the owner. He was very rude from the beginning of the call. My vehicle was involved in a wreck and goes in and out of complete electrical system failure. He stated his code reader could diagnosis a short down to the wire but gave up trying to produce the issue after spending very little time with it. I have been going to them for quite some time now. They have consistently been successful in diagnosing my rigs, giving me an accurate estimate and repairing whatever issue I have had. They have always been polite and courteous and answered any questions I’ve had.
Listen two your customer. A wise college instructor taught me that 90% of the time the customer would led you to the problem. Even thou they no nothing about the technical functions and sequence of operation. Fix the problem the first time. Better communication to the customer. Don't lie. It took less than a mile and I new my truck wasn't fixed the first time.
