Dr.Cockrell was very nice and professional but when I started pain management the front desk is slow and not willing to answer questions, also the Physician Assistant treats you like you’re a drug addict . The young girl at the front desk is a straight up smartass and needs to learn manners.
Always takes care of my pain issues. He does epidurals for me. And also has a great bedside manner. He is very easy to talk with and will explain everything.
Loyal patient of him for 12 years. Got discharged from him today! Now my PCP is looking for another Pain Management Dr. Sucks...
