I have lived at Wayne Manchester Apartments for two years. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very upsetting. My car’s front grille logo/radar was stolen from the parking area, and several of my delivered packages have been stolen multiple times from my front door and the mailbox area. 90 degrees in my apartment and no air conditioning.
It is a hell. No air conditioning, They do turn on the air conditioning util half way summer trying to save electricity. Don't rent this place unless you want to burn alive. Also mices and roaches 🤮. I'm about to give them a notice to leave this nightmare
