I had a colonoscopy yesterday and was very pleased with how kind Dr Lucas’ staff was to me. They treated me like family and made me feel at ease with an obviously stressful situation. Dr. Lucas was kind as well. I would recommend him to anyone I know!
Dr Lucas (and his staff) were professional yet completely courteous in every way. I felt I was well cared for and safe. I received clear and pertinent information ahead of my procedure, just before, and almost immediately afterwards.
Dr. Lucas explained my procedure to me before he did it. He explained his findings to my wife and I very thoroughly. He was very friendly and cared about me as his patient . On a 1-10 scale I would rate him a 10 plus.
