Considering how many people come into there store, they do a great job trying to help everyone. Not everyone comes in with the right stuff or they come in with an attitude, but they do a great job. As long as you have your model numbers, they will get you what you need. They are fun and easy to talk to. Prices are very competitive for not being a big box store. I have bought several machines there and they took care of me. They got my new lawnmower gased up and ready to cut. I didnt have to register or do any warranty stuff.... read more

They do not want to honor my Toro mower warranty. Which is guaranteed to start for 5 years, well after 18 months it will not start. I take the mower in two days later told mower is "running great" and to pick up. Well it hasnt run right since and after returning for SERVICE two more times it still is not repaired. The "Head rude guy" Dennis tries to explain major engine work is needed and it would not be covered by Toro. Well The Major repair ended up being the float bowl gasket a whopping \$3 part and ten minutes to replace... read more

I USED to do business with them for lawnmower repair. The last time around, they broke off a bolt in the cylinder head and ran some strapping material to hold the carburetor on. This is type of 'repair' I'd expect from an inexperienced rookie working out of their garage, not some professional repair shop. When discussing the concern, I was treated to the same rudeness that minidispatcher described in his posting. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable shop to deal with. ... read more
