I've had every knee and shoulder worked on by Dr. G, sometimes more than once due to my activity level. Each time with a successful outcome! The only negative feedback I have is that he needs to create a rewards program where if you buy 5, you get one free.
Dr. Gersoff is great. BUT his office staff is HORRIBLE. I cannot stress how bad they are. I have got the run around for 4 months about a knee surgery I NEED, and when we are 2 days from surgery they decide to tell me they will not take payments for it, they want $3000 up front. I will find a new doctor now because of how bad this office staff is. If you want something to happen quick this probably is not the place to go unfortunately.
My appt was May 23rd and had an MRI, the Dr said he would call that aft or the next day with results. I left messages and got one call back that the Dr was gone and would return the next Wed. he would call that day. On June 3rd late in the aft I finally got a call. He ordered PT and wanted a fax to send script. Well I left a message with the number it is now June 16th and still nothing. Won't go back!!
Dr. Gersoff performed ACL surgery on my right knee 10 years ago. (Cadaver Tendon) I got my athletic life back because of him and I am still doing GREAT to this day. He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
This guy is above and beyond any other doctor I have dealt with. He listens, he cares, and he intends that his patients injuries are treated properly. DR. GERSOFF ACTUALLY SAVED MY LIFE after listening to the symptoms that I'd described, he immediately sent me for an ultrasound, resulting in a trip to the emergency room for treatment for blood clots. my other doctors (the the primary care doctor and workman's comp Drs. etc) Didn't care, actually explain to me why my leg was cold and did NOTHING.
Excellent surgeon. knowledgeable. Experienced. Exceeded all my hopes and expectations. Neat, clean,small scar. I Feel lucky to have had Dr. Gersoff as my surgeon and,Dr.
This Doctor may be a good doctor but his office sucks. Not patient friendly, difficult to communicate with by phone. I believe this practice is to big for its britches and needs to evaluate their priorities.
