We were unable to obtain financing suitable to build on our property. Banks dont like to lend 400k for a 270k house. Not wayne homes problem, but our $2500 deposit not being refunded is. We were specifically told it would be refunded due to financing issues. We were supposed to be contacted a week ago and have not heard a thing. Email has also been non responsive. We had been shopping a couple custom builders. We were in a bit of a limbo due to such poor customer service and options until we had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing design specialist Sarah at the Wayne Homes model in Ravenna! It’s rare to find a company with so many amazing people! The people who helped design & build my home jumped through so many hoops to make sure my custom home, was the home of my dreams! From start to finish Brandi, Kayla, Brittni made us feel at ease oh and Chuck during our initial walk through!
