I am extremely disappointed with this company. The craftsmanship on my newly built home is terrible—basic mechanics were left unfixed, the paint job was done poorly, and issues I raised were completely disregarded. To make matters worse, my basement is now leaking after only one year. I have reached out multiple times asking to be contacted regarding my complaint, and no one from the company has followed up. We were unable to obtain financing suitable to build on our property. Banks dont like to lend 400k for a 270k house. Not wayne homes problem, but our $2500 deposit not being refunded is. We were specifically told it would be refunded due to financing issues. We were supposed to be contacted a week ago and have not heard a thing. Email has also been non responsive. We had been shopping a couple custom builders. We were in a bit of a limbo due to such poor customer service and options until we had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing design specialist Sarah at the Wayne Homes model in Ravenna! It’s rare to find a company with so many amazing people! The people who helped design & build my home jumped through so many hoops to make sure my custom home, was the home of my dreams!
