Having your heat go out is never an enjoyable experience, but knowing that I have a reputable company I can rely on for excellent service is a comfort. Drew was on time, offered several options and had my furnace back in working order. Excellent!
Drew and Louis were at the house 10 hours the first day, and 3 to 4 hours the second day, installing a new furnace/a-c unit. 13 to 14 hours!!! It was NOT your standard installation. They were magnificent! They were experts at their craft, worked non-stop, very courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. The entire process from choosing the right furnace/a-c unit, to the end of installation, was STELLAR! Thank you!
Since 2014, we have used Wayne to service our geriatric furnace and A/C systems. Most of these years (except those we forgot) we purchased the annual maintenance plan to cover preventative calls and give us a nice discount on the rare emergency ones. As a result, our HVAC systems have outlived their life expectancies by many years. We did make the decision last week to put our old furnace, Caliente, to rest due to the price and availability of the part required to keep it going. RIP Cali.
