Luis was Very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done to get my heat working properly. He also included me in his “camera inspection”, inside my furnace.

Quoted me $99 on the phone to come out and diagnose furnace , came out was there about 30 minutes , time to pay $174 I said what happened to $99 to diagnose , he said "it's $99 to come to the house and then diagnose on top of that". It's not Wayne heating anymore it's A1 out of South bend. NEVER AGAIN. Edit. Reply Tech came out checked vacuum pull off switch with multi tester After that turned main power off turned gas off, turned power back on and then gas , furnace started working , cycled 5 times, 15 mins total , 30 mins ... read more
