I finally made the call to get screened for ADHD after YEARS of putting it off. I have left 2 messages on the new patient line, it's been 2 weeks total. After one week of no call back, I tried again. They say they call within 2 business days, well it's been 9 now. So very disappointed.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this facility. While the students who collected the patient history were polite and professional, the staff, particularly the receptionist, were rude—not only to the patient but also to their own interns, and this was done in front of the patient. Dr. KH is very thorough and caring. I was extremely pleased with my sons appt and would absolutely recommend her. Her job is no easy task and I appreciate her attn to detail in gathering back history on my son.
