He recently (May 2013) put up a section of fence for a family member of mine. He had to be called back because he didn't completely screw/bolt in all of the required hardware. When contacted he admitted to shorting us and said he would come back to fix it. He left cigarette butts all over the yard where he worked and a large amount of dried concrete in a pile in the front yard from mixing footings for the fence posts. Wayne did a great job on my fence and came back and made a gate adjustment . He is quick and efficent and didn't leave a mess.
