People are friendly and helpful and the homes are beautiful.
Floor and ceiling was already damaged before purchasing said they will fix it due to our contract any repairs for yr never done cheaply made spacing between drywall, don't but a mobile home cheaper to build a block home
If I could have given a 0 I would have but it made me choose 1 star. My family bought a 5 bedroom house haven't had it for 4 years and we have had to replace our air conditioner fix our roof from it leaking and now having to redo plumbing and outter studs in the wall because it wasn't done correctly. I wouldn't buy anything from here unless you want to spend more money and always have a problem with the house. (I have this whole incedent on video and plan to report it to FMCSA as well as DOT.) Google wont let me post videos only photos. Had an encounter with two of their truck drivers transporting a mobile home through irwinton and milledgeville on 441. We were approaching an intersection and the two trucks and their pilot cars were all in the right lane stopping at a red light and we were in the left lane slowing down for the light then it turned green so we kept going and pasted them.
