Purchased our home from here moved in with c/o in April of 2025. The factory has not completed the repairs on our home as of March 11th 2026.there are approximately 18 nails sticking through the carpet and vinyl flooring from one end to the next!They attempted to repair our shower multiple times with band-aid repairs. Last time was December 2025 it literally floods the floor every time we use it. Our front door and back door area sub floor is damaged from home flooding for about 6 months when it rains... probably mold growth... read more
This has to be taken care of . You are destroying the dirt road at Old Sugar Mill Farms and also not doing the paved back section any good with your big trucks full of dirt driving down it. Are you going to do repairs on our paved road... if it's anything like how you care about destroying the dirt road.. You want to sell your mobile homes here than you had better do something about the dirt road that drives through like a snowstorm of sliding through! There are some nice people. Very Helpful. I will visit this place again. The homes are very very nice. And it's a good set up.
DO NOT RENT HERE. If you ever have problems with anything in your home the office does not care. You tell them repeatedly and they take it as a joke. You have to be on their ass. They are quick at raising your rent but dont want to fix what needs to be fixed. All they care about is their money.
In 39 years I’ve never left a review. I love our mobile home. However after we purchased it and once the sale was made the quality of service goes out the window. We have been in our home for a year this month. After creating and submitting a punch list of issues to be fixed with the home upon move in, they still remain unfinished. We have a warped island.
