Terrible office staff with zero understanding of customer service or empathy. EXTREMELY careless and rude. It is truly a shame because Dr DeTorres is the complete opposite. I received emergency surgery at Valley where Dr DeTorres was my doctor. A stent was placed and needed to be removed in office. Unfortunately they were out of network which caused nothing but a headache. I was NEVER able to speak to Dr DeTorres to express my displeasure because his office staff, especially his Nurse Fatima refused to allow me to speak to h... read more
