We were very pleased with the Service we received from Wayne Dalton. Our technician, Travis, was prompt, professional and efficient! Problem was quickly diagnosed, repair cost was more than reasonable, and our door works like new. I highly recommend them.
Austin arrived earlier than I expected which was a nice surprise. He was efficient finding the problem and promptly installed my new opener. He explained information I needed understandably. Then as he was about to leave I was able to catch him to replace the opener button in the garage which I found was not working. I appreciated him and the service he provided! Thank you!
