Jacob came and serviced our garage door. Was very prompt, polite, and did a great job. Fixed the issue right away.
Our garage door was making unusual sounds so I called Wayne Dalton Doors and asked for Jacob as the service rep. My neighbors recommended Jacob as a good person to take a look. Jacob had a cancellation and showed up that afternoon. He recognized the problem immediately! The screws holding the chain guide had pulled loose presenting a potentially dangerous situation. We had Willi from Wayne Dalton Garage Doors in Lewiston replace two very old mismatched garage door openers with two new Genie smart garage door openers and keypad outside. They were quick, clean, informative and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!!
