I was very happy with the communication and service we received. Aiden and Shaw stayed in contact with me and repaired and serviced the garage door promptly as soon as they had the parts.
The only thing that would greatly improve service with Wayne Dalton is if they scheduled appointments for when they plan to service the garage. We were initially told we would be contacted within an hour about getting our garage fixed over the weekend, but it never happened. Then, when we were contacted a day later, they said they would come in the morning 4 days later to fix the garage. Took six trips to fix our doors. Very poor woorkmanship. Trim was uneven, door seals didn’t work correctly, some trim popped loose after installation and door stopped working correctly when opening.
Had an emergency situation when my car was stuck inside my garage. River came out quickly and helped get it out. He got the parts all ordered and Shaw came and replaced the springs in no time and it works perfectly now. Thank you for the awesome service!
