Anytime I've had an issue or question regarding my doors, everyone has been knowledgeable, prompt, and pleasant to deal with. Shannon, in the office, helped get everything set up & arranged. Ben & Joey were the techs that came to the house. Both were great 👍
On the whole I was satisfied with my experience. I was missing 12 screws to put the hinges on the panels with and there were no support pieces to go from the end of the rails to the rafters with (these may have not been included but I couldn't tell by the description) They probable would have fixed these issues but I was in the middle of installing it and did not want to wait to have them shipped to me. I needed a broken overhead door spring fixed. Joe D. and Joey T. Showed up. They were professional, timely, and performed above and beyond. In addition to fixing the spring, they offered pointers on some of the other smaller issues with my doors and openers. I'll always use Wayne Dalton.
