Wayne was a tremendous resource for me as a first time home buyer. He was always supportive and never rushed me into making decisions (but would communicate clearly when time was of the essence). He knew so much about the history of the Baltimore homes I was interested in. Wayne was easy to contact and made sure I was one of the first people to see any house I was interested in that came on the market. I don't think I have enough positive words to tell you how much of a delight working with Wayne was. As first-time home buyers in this economy, we had next to no clue what we were doing. Wayne was patient and provided us with tons of options and information. He was flexible to work with dealing with our weird scheduling to make sure we could tour as many places as we did.
